Moto. Mind. Method.
On-bike performance tuned to the rider’s story, not a template.

*Racing outcomes reflect a rider’s complete program and team. Coaching is one factor among many (equipment, health, team roles, track conditions). Credits and timelines shown here are for context and may not capture every contributor.
Coach the human, then the bike.
Every rider shows up with a story, habits, pressure triggers, learning style. I read that first, then build the plan. The method blends clear leadership principles (think Maxwell’s clarity and accountability) with race-tested routines and simple feedback loops: one change at a time, measured on track, language tailored to the person.
How I Coach
-
Test days with one-variable changes and short debriefs
A shared language for “feel” → specific clickers/geometry
First-two-laps script; race-week cadence that travels
-
Pre-race routine, reset protocol after mistakes
“One thing” focus each week from film and data
Pressure cues that hold up when the gate drops
-
Map the rider’s background and triggers; choose the right tone
Weekly “one cue” note the rider can actually use
Pull parents/team into the same script in five minutes
Non-negotiables: trust, clarity, consistency.
